Why do you want to teach at St. Egbert?

“I love the idea of teaching at a Christian private school where there are small classes. I already get the sense that there is a family feeling among the staff and community.”

Maggie McGowan
PreK Teacher

Maggie is our new Pre-K teacher!  She comes to us from Kimberton, PA.  She graduated from Eastern University in Pennsylvania with a BS in Early Childhood Education.  Maggie taught preschool for 1 year and kindergarten for 2 years.  In Maggie’s spare time, she enjoys Zumba, running, reading, going to the beach, and cheering on her Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles!

Why do you want to teach at St. Egbert?

I want to be a part of a faith community. Growing up Catholic and attending Catholic school, I believe the faith we possess is an important part of my life, and I want to continue sharing my faith through teaching. I can feel the sense of family and community already at St. Egbert, and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
